These Terms govern your use of PZAROSE.com and purchases from PZAROSE Inc., doing business as PZAROSE Elite Cosmetics. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Products and Orders

We make reasonable efforts to describe products and display colors accurately, but screens and packaging may vary. Availability is not guaranteed. An order is an offer to purchase and may be accepted, declined, limited, or cancelled for inventory, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, shipping, or legal reasons. If a cancelled order was charged, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are presented during checkout. Payment is processed using the payment method selected at checkout, including available Stripe-supported methods.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Our Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass as permitted by applicable law.

Cosmetics and Product Use

Read product labels, ingredient lists, warnings, and directions before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product information is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional about allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, medical conditions, or other health concerns.

Intellectual Property

The PZAROSE name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to PZAROSE and may not be copied, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and Liability

The site and services are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PZAROSE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or a purchase.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of Florida, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
