Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, promotions, holidays, or severe weather, processing may take longer.
USPS Delivery
Standard orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage and tracking. USPS normally delivers Ground Advantage packages within 2–5 business days after acceptance. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, U.S. territories, offshore destinations, and packages subject to special handling may take longer.
Shipping is available to all 50 states and to eligible U.S. military and territorial addresses. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free on merchandise orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes. The qualifying amount must remain at least $75 after cancellations or adjustments. Expedited service and special-handling charges are excluded.
Tracking and Delivery Problems
Tracking information is sent when an order ships. Carrier scans may take time to appear. Contact PZAROSE promptly if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item.
Cosmetics Returns
Unopened, unused products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics are final sale unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials and provide photographs when requested.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless PZAROSE caused the error. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
